Shipping information

All our jewels are handmade in Spain and most designs are made to order.

Our production time right now ranges about 1 calendar week. Anyway, we will try to send your order as soon as possible 🙂

Once you place your order, NicteShop will provide you with a tracking number, so you can track your package.

Nicte is not responsible for shipping delays once your order is shipped. In some cases, tracking may no longer be available for international orders once the package leaves Spain.

Once an order has been shipped, Nicte has no control over shipping delays and has no more information than can be found through its tracking number.

Once the order has arrived in your country, you can check with your nearest post office about the status of the shipment with the tracking number that we will provide you.

The average delivery timeframes* are:

– Spain: 1-3 business days.
– Europe: 5-7 business days.
– North America and Canada: 7-15 business days.
