**IMPORTANT NOTE** Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, worldwide couriers are suffering from SERIOUS limitations and restrictions on the movement, storage, and flow of goods. Also Customs have been directly affected. That means most of the shipment may be delayed. Some packages experience delays of more than 50 working days. Once you place your order, NicteShop will provide you with a tracking number, so you can track your package. Nicte is not responsible for shipping delays once your order is shipped. In some cases, tracking may no longer be available for international orders once the package leaves Spain. Once an order has been shipped, Nicte has no control over shipping delays and has no more information than can be found through its tracking number.
Upon shipping, you will receive a notification email from Nicte where a tracking link is provided. Once the order has arrived in your country, you can check with your nearest post office about the status of the shipment with the tracking number that we will provide you.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Anyway, if you have any doubt, please feel free to contact us 🙂
